Our 20 Group meetings provide an environment where business colleagues can become trusted peers, friends and even mentors to the next generation of business leaders that help each other by sharing performance data, best practices and ideas that are simply “working”.

What can you expect?
Our 20 Groups meet 3-4 times per year and provide monthly check-ins to see where your current business challenge is and how you can improve profitability, employee and customer retention and satisfaction. Our in-person meetings are facilitated by long time automotive professionals with real world experience as Department leaders, Directors, and General Managers. Their goal is to ensure conversations are directed, candid and open. Our moderators and consultants use industry standards and averages as well as manufacturer specific KPI’s to help you find areas of opportunity for growth and improvement.
