The automotive business is where we started and after over 25 years of real world experience, we found an underserved market.  We found a large number of small and medium size businesses have a strong desire for candid, deep-dive conversations with a group of trusted peers about their business.  What is working, what is not, what challenges are in the workplace and how are others dealing with them?  Then, how do we implement those conversations into actionable items?
